The inscription of the Monuments of Cambodia aims to protect the monuments of Cambodia and support the process of preparing three sites for inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List, including the former Detention Center 13 (Kampong Speu Province), the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, and the Choeung Keng Genocide Center (located in Phnom Penh).
