HE Ngou Borena leads citizens and students to plant more than 200 saplings in Toul Sophi commune
Oraeng Ov: HE Ngou Borena, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment and 2nd Vice President of the Party Working Group for Local Assistance in Oraeng Ov District, represented by HE Dr. Eang Sophallet, Minister of the Ministry of Environment and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group for Local Assistance in Tbong Khmum Province and Chairman of the Party Working Group for Local Assistance in Oraeng Ov District, Ponhea Krek District, Tbong Khmum District, led citizens and students to plant more than 200 saplings, with the participation of Mr. Chea Naron, Governor of Oraeng Ov District, Vice President of the District Social Welfare Committee, district administration officials and local authorities, approximately 200 people, in Chan Anthet village, Toul Sophi commune, Oraeng Ov District, Tbong Khmum Province on the morning of July 27, 2025.
On that occasion, His Excellency the Secretary of State and the District Governor, the Vice President of the District Council of Ministers, district administration officials and local authorities, citizens and students of O Raing Ou District declared their full support for the leadership of Samdech Thip Dei Hun Manet in protecting the territorial integrity along the Cambodian-Thai border and declared their support for the Cambodian frontline soldiers who are fighting bravely against the enemy invaders and wished our soldiers success in all circumstances.
