His Excellency Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, and His Excellency Tuy Sereyrattanak, as well as leaders and civil servants of the Ministry of Information, organized a drumming ceremony to celebrate the registration of the “Monuments of Memory of Cambodia: From a Crime Site to a Center for Reconciliation and Peace” on the UNESCO World Heritage List on July 11, 2025 in France. The celebration ceremony was held at the Ministry of Information on the morning of July 13, 2025.
Please note that the “Monuments of Memory of Cambodia: From a Crime Site to a Center for Reconciliation and Peace” have 3 locations, including the “Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21), the Choeung Kea Genocide Center, and the former M13 Detention Center.”
