His Excellency Ngou Borena presented saplings to citizens and students at Toul Ta Hor Primary School
Tboung Khmum: His Excellency Ngou Borena, Secretary of State, High Representative of His Excellency Dr. Eang Sophallet, Minister of Environment, led government officials to present saplings to citizens and students, with the participation of Madam Ngin Lina, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment, His Excellency Huy Hansong, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, civil servants, local authorities, citizens, and students, approximately 200 people, and led the planting of saplings along the canal in Toul Ta Hor Village, Kong Chey Commune, O Raing Ou District, Tboung Khmum Province, on the morning of June 27, 2025.  This activity of planting trees is also an active participation in the “Green Sprouts” campaign, which in the environmental sector’s cycle strategy, has especially cultivated the mindset of future generations to be broad-minded, love the environment, and participate in protecting natural resources together, as well as expanding the green cover and carbon neutrality in Cambodia. His Excellency continued that: The Ministry of Environment and the Department of Environment in every capital and province will provide or distribute trees to citizens for planting for free. At the same time, His Excellency called on citizens, students, teachers, and civil servants to participate in planting as many trees as possible in the upcoming rainy season. Taking this opportunity, in the spirit of nationalism, love of peace and protection of the land, while our nation has been suffering from the ambition to invade the territorial integrity of neighboring nations who have lost their national history without shame, on behalf of His Excellency, citizens and civil servants, citizens, students, and local authorities, all of whom are in the rear and support the front, have united, respected, thanked, and followed the policy of national defense and territorial integrity led by Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, and Samdech Maha Prasad Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We have enthusiastically supported, supported, and participated with all our hearts in providing both physical and financial strength to our brothers and sisters in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces who are standing on the front lines and have sacrificed their lives and blood.
